Are these scholarships for real?

I was on the fastweb scholarships website, and I came across a site called collegeinsiderresources (http://www.ezcir.com/AcademicForm.asp), and within in, there are several scholarships that are available. The only requirement for these is to enter in a drawing… and you get picked randomly. Are these for real? Do they give out my information in any way, or is there some sort of catch to it?

I think that site looks okay. The best thing to do to find out if it’s legit is to read testimonials and to see if they require a “fee” to apply. Absolutely NO sites should require you to pay a fee for a FREE scholarship!
