Why don’t you go apply for a full-time job somewhere. Even if it’s a place like fast food, at least you’ll be getting income.

Do not consider suicide for a minute if you are that troubled seek professional help immediately. There is nothing that you are going through that you can’t get through. I am a truck driver and make over 50,000 a year. You can get a personal loan or have someone co-sign a loan for you to go to a 4-6week school. That way you can make money asap. and then you can work from there to see what interests you for a future job. Going to a 4 year college is not always the answer for everyone trust me on this. You can still make a great living in other careers without going to college. If college is your dream then work around the issue that is in your way. You might be able to not go back now but you have your entire life to go back. So really try and talk to someone who knows and cares about you. Life is more than a piece of paper.
