What is the best student loan company with low interest rates??? I dont want the loan to go to my school…I want them to mail me a check…Sallie Mae is wayyyy to high with their interest rates.

You could try Chase Student Loans, http://www.usadegrees.com/chase/ its a division of Chase Bank and Student Loan Advisors, http://www.studentloanadvisors.com works with different lenders as a broker to find you a loan.
There is no cost to apply online and when they call you back compare the rates and choose the lowest.
