When can I use the phrase “in which” in a sentence?

I used it in this sentence but I’m not sure if it is correct:

“Here’s the clip from CBS, “in which” you’ll see Brad doing pullups.”

This sentence is grammatically correct, but it sounds awkward because of the construction “…in which you’ll see..”. It would be better written “Here’s the clip from CBS that features/includes Brad doing pull-ups”.

Using ‘which’ as a pronoun and preceding it with ‘in’ need not always result in sentences that sound wrong. For example, “The judge delivered a lengthy statement in which he highlighted many failings on the part of the company”.

My advice would be: if it sound wrong using ‘in which’, then just try alternative ways of saying the same thing.
