I think it’s actually “In like Flynn.” It’s a reference to Errol Flynn, the very suave, seductive actor.

The phrase is “in like flynn”, and it means to get something done easily, or from that point, automatically.

“At the club door, tell security my name and you’ll be in like flynn.”

It is associated with the movie star Errol Flynn, when he was acquitted for rape. But research has shown the usage was older than that. Now they think it originated with a political campaign manager Edward J Flynn whose candidates always seemed to win almost automatically…

The movie title IN LIKE FLINT is a play on words, and comes much later than the original phrase.

I don’t think it means anything, but it definitely was the title of the eponymous “In Like Flint” a movie of the 1960s that starred Peter Sellers and was a parody of spy movies. In fact, it was referred to in the first Austin Powers movie when Austin said “In Like Flint. That’s my favorite moooooooooovie!”
