There is no difference.

What is ‘I’ for you is ‘you’ for me, and vice versa.

‘I’ is first person singular and is used to indicate self. Eg., I am.

‘You’ is second person singular or plural and is used to indicate a specific other or others (other than self). Eg., You (one person) are; you (2+ people) are.
