WHat is an abbreviated reading guide!?
I have a paper due tomorrow. We were supposed to turn in a 2page abbreviated reading guide and I am struggling. My professor never emails back or answers questions clearly and I REALLY need help!

Think Cliff Notes or Readers Digest or Wikipedia. All three do a fair job of summarizing the plot and characters in about 500 words (2 pages).

Think of it as “Coles notes”. You want to give the abbreviated version of the story including the characters, main ideas, etc. You will need to clarify with your instructor what format they are requiring because there are some differences.
Basically they want to see if you read the story or article and if you understood it.
