안녕하세요 or ‘an-nyeong haseyo’ is a greeting like ‘Hello’.
안녕히 계세요 ‘an-nyeong-hi gyeseyo’ means goodbye and is said by a person who is leaving to a person who is staying. (Actually means something like ‘Stay in peace’.)
안녕히 가세요 ‘an-nyeong-hi kaseyo/’ also means goodbye but is used by a person who’s staying to the person who’s leaving. (As in ‘Go in peace’.)
Simpy ‘an-nyeong’ can be used for all the above three situations. Literally, it means ‘in peace’.
