I have yet to hear”scooba” used as a slang term, but there is a little town called Scooba in Mississippi.
****I was just about to edit and say I bet it somehow derived from that Scooba floor cleaner that came out a few years ago, I guess based on Paul’s answer I would have been right.

A Scooba is a robot that washes the floor, by the same people (iRobot) that make the Roomba robotic vacuum cleaners.
To scooba someone is like hoovering them, although in a robotic manner. It you do that, someone’s saying you’re not only a sl ut, but a *mindless* one, as well.
I’ve never liked the term “sl ut” very much. Some of my best friends are slatterns, and they take pride in doing it well.
