Can “We have a drink” mean “let’s have a drink” or is it just a fact that there is something to drink there? Please see the context below:
Bob turns to Harry
Bob, “Now what?”
Mike, “We have a drink.”
Harry shoots Mike a look. This guy has “pain in the ***” written all over him.

It’s a little bit more like saying “Now it’s time to have a drink.” It sort of finishes the question of “Now what?” and takes on the word “now” as its UNDERSTOOD first word.

“We have a drink” is not fluent contemporary American English. But if Mike is not a native English speaker and the intent is to have him speak in somewhat awkward English, then yes, what he says could mean “Let’s have a drink.”
