Substitution Cipher. i need to decode a mysyery phrase?

this phase is possibly encoded with a substitution cipher
anybody know how to translate this?

The clue here is letter patterns…xnwn (here) is unusual in that the second and last letter are the same…I originally filled in “were” but changed it to “here” as it became obvious it was incorrect…When doing crypograms, you’ll notice certain words are easy to spot: ‘people’ and ‘that’, for example. Once I figured out the quote, I actually had to look up the first name online by typing in the quote in the search box (since there are no other j’s, a’s or c’s, it would have to be a guess at the name). Have fun with these.
