One easy question! get 12 points easy!?

Find three consecutive integers such that three times the smallest is equal to the middle number increased by the greater number.

3, 4, 5.

3 x 3 = 9

4+5 = 9

they were just the first three numbers i tried – i figured the’d be small numbers though.

This is too easy..let x be the first integer, then x + 1 should be the second, then the third integer would be represented by x + 2…The equation would be:

3x= (x+1) + (x +2)

3x = 2x + 3

3x – 2x = 3

x=3

The integers are 3,4 &5
