Thank you for pointing that out. I cringe everytime I see people asking how to “loose” weight etc. I think some people really just don’t know the two different words have different spellings.

It also could be the many forms of the word ‘there’, along with the word hamster misspelled a lot.

Loose means ill-fitting or not tight. Lose means to not win. Shouldn’t be any problem – they don’t mean the same thing!
Loose, looser, loosest; lose, loss, lost.

I think it is “alot” which is not even a word. The correct way to spell it is “a lot”.
