For “promiscuous”, a funny story could end in the phrase “promise, cue us”, perhaps as the end of a long meandering tale of how a team of amateurish diffident actors in a county production of a wordy play was afraid of forgetting their lines. So the director gets a “prompter” for them …. and at the end he gets their consent only when they meet the prompter and says to him, “Promise — cue us!” OK, I am sure you could do better, but this is a start. I dunno thats a fairly hard one. But in context to what you have to do, ridiculous sums up the word promiscuous i think lol
