Here are possible opposites of various (noun and verb) senses of the word

() =meaning of rhyme being contrasted

* (a word that rhymes) – nonrhyme

* (rhyming poetry) – free verse

* (poetry, poetic language) – prose, prosaism

* (something that sounds the same, assonance) – dissonance, dissimilation

* (something that sounds agreeable, fitting ) – cacophony

* (something logical/sensible/fitting as in “(no) rhyme [or reason] to it”) – nonsense

* (turn into poetry, versify) – transprose

(this verb, unfortunately “obsolete”, and apparently based on “transpose”; can refer EITHER to converting poetry to prose OR the other way round)

I don’t have many suggestions offhand, and they aren’t all one word. Most of these are rhyming with the second part of the word. I’m bad at rhymes and categorizing rhymes so maybe I shouldn’t be trusted. Anyway: Red Prism Cataclysm Schism Pay Driven Glass Prison Trace Vision Race Vision

It is either non-rhyme, rhymeless or there isn’t an opposite.

Prose is an opposite of poetry, not rhyme.

Possibly “prose”? I can’t think of a better one, though “prose” is not an exact opposite.
