You are never to old to follow your dreams. The only regrets that you will ever have in life are the ones where you wonder what if. So Go For It. There are many actors and actresses your age. Believe it or not all the good ones are over the age of 30 to begin with. While it may be harder for you to start out at that age if you have determination and believe in your dream you can accomplish it. Good luck to you. Well, I wouldn’t soley fix your entire life around TV acting. If it’s something you’re passionate about, go for it. But don’t quit your day job.
Stage theatre might be a broader horizon, if that’s any help.

nope! my math teacher in high school was about forty, and he actually quit his job a couple years back and went to CA to act full time.
if you have the talent, you can do it. just start slow, do some acting classes, go to auditions. you might not make it big, but sometimes local theater and such is a lot more fun!
