Get a good nights sleep and make sure you eat breakfast prior to going! When its over and you feel like you’ve done the best you can do, then you have. Remember you can always take them again!
Boy, reading the other answers I am glad I understood the question!

Do some research online – or check out your local library. Most libraries (including your school’s) will probably have test prep books from the Princeton Review or other companies that lay down the groundwork for the test.
If you math is a bit iffy, I’d start with that section first as I think most people can gain the most additional points by studying that section.

I didn’t really prepare for mine. I took mine for the first time almost a month ago, and I did alright on it for it being my first one. However, I would suggest getting an ACT test prep booklet and taking some of the practice tests. Work harder on the subjects you have more trouble with. If it is your first time, don’t freak if you don’t do well, because you can take it as many times as you like.

i’m assuming you mean ACT , not “sexual approach”….wel you can’t prep for the ACT because it’s based on what you know…just relax and take the test and don’t stress your brain before the big day
