Yeah. Like if I keep saying a word, like one time I just kept saying “yogurt” for some reason (don’t ask), and I started giggling and soon I was laughing my head off. The word just seems to stop representing something, and just becomes a jumble of sounds that make no sense. This makes the word seem funny and strange.
