Lay out your argument in the beginning, and then use the first couple body paragraphs to give examples of and support the thesis that you stated at the end of the introduction. In your last body paragraph, give the counter example, and present it in a way that makes your original thesis even stronger. Explain the counter example but then find some twist on it that will support your thesis. Not sure what you’re topic is, so I can’t give you any ideas about how to twist it, but if you think about it, I’m sure you can figure something out. Then in the conclusion, wrap it up and tie the counter example back to your original thesis, working in the supporting examples as well.
