Does this sentence have reasonable context?
“Ever since they are born, people have a congenital mindset that causes them to think nothing bad will ever happen to them, but life has a way of throwing you off track at the worst of times.”
From this sentence, can you easily tell what ‘congenital’ means? I wrote it for one of my Pre-AP English Vocab Sentences, and they all have to have good context. Thoughts?
