m&ms IS the plural form (note, no apostrophes). Singular is m&m. You could capitalise to M&Ms for clarity, as they do on the website. (edit: looking at the website, they do put m&m’s with the apostrophe. Since it is a brand name, you should put the apostrophe in, even though it is technically grammatically incorrect).

m&m’s means “belonging to an m&m”, while m&ms’ means “belonging to multiple m&ms”.

maybe m&m’s’ or m&m’ss OR is m&m’s the actual plural because i would say either

“can i have an m&m?”ÖR “can i have some m&m’s”.
