I wanted to write and thank you for so many things…like; becoming a teacher, for being my teacher, and for caring so much about what you do. I find it wonderful to know that exceptional teachers still do exist.

I thoroughly enjoyed being a student inside your classroom, and it will be an experience I will fondly remember always. You are a one of the few quality teachers that I have gotten to know, and I just wanted to show my sincere appreciation for the interest you have shown in my education.

The writing in the first one is strong but sounds very very artificial! If I were a teacher, I would appreciate something that sounded like it came from the heart rather than something that sounded like it had been composed.
