Would you recommend taking college classes at a community college while you’re still a junior in High School?

I take AP classes, and I want to get about two years of college out of the way before I actually graduate, atleast two years of math and english. But do you think that I will get burried with it all?

At my high school, if you’re a junior and want to take CC classes, you have to have a full course load of high school courses and any CC are additional. If your high school works like this, it’s going to be hard to get 2 full years of college done before graduating. If you can take some CC classes in place of high school classes, i will prob. be easier.

I won’t be easy, but if you’re in AP classes you should already be used to a challenge. Taking college courses while still in high school is one of the best things you can do to prepare yourself. Plus, once you get to college you will already be ahead so you can spread your classes around some to give you an easier load later one. My advice, go for it, you won’t regret it.

i would recommended taking at least some math classes because most major want you to have at least cal. math. I took freshman comp I & II at my community college and they were alot easier that what my friends had to do at a univerisity. Plus if you take classes now it will only help you get into the college of your choice. Good Luck
