Why do I sleep after lunch time in school?
I always feel sleepy during that time. What can I do to stay awake.

Often people get sleepy just after eating. It’s called a postprandial dip. It happens because your body wants to slow everything down so you can digest. To stay awake, make sure you have good sleeping habits. Get enough sleep at night. Try to get up at the same time every morning. Eat lots of protein for breakfast, not lots of carbs. If you still can’t stay awake, try going for a walk after lunch, or at least try to move about.

it is a common problem, sleepy after meal especially after you take lunch. your body will feel tired because you need more energy to digest your food so it may cause your body system to slow down.. my suggestion, you have to take a healthy diet during lunch and always be active during the classes..
furthermore, when you finish your lunch, drink water properly.
at the evening, you need some exercises to do, like jog.
