With that GPA you aren’t going to get into any of the “University of California” schools, unfortunately. I don’t know about the “California State” schools but you can easily google them and check out their statistics.

California public colleges have very stringent rules about transferring because they have a LOT of in-state kids who need and want to transfer from their community colleges. You need to check each website of the schools you are interested in to see exactly what you need to do.

UC Davis is well known for it’s medical program and you should be a well fit there as it does not require a high GPA Pull up your gpa a little higher to like 3.75 and maybe you’ll get a shot at UC Los Angeles UC Berkeley UC San Diego Stanford Those schools have crazy pre-med programs 🙂 for stanford- it’s not all academics- you have to show them (through your essays) that you are unique and that they need you-not the other way around!) Why do you want to go to California University? Anyway, good luck!

You don’t say what school you currently attend, what year you are, or what your major is, so I am not completely sure. However, with your current GPA, it will likely be difficult to get into a UC. I would suggest applying to various Cal States–there are a lot of them throughout the state, including one in LA (which would be closer to your uncle).

well you can go on csumentor.com and those are all the california state university’s, thats how you apply online, but you can also go on there if your tranfering from a college ur already attending, also it should give you the websites for the schools and tell u info for the min. gpa and stuff, good luck!!
