Which universities you recomend me to apply for? My Undergraduate GPA in civil eng. is 2.7 ?

I’m looking for graduate program but my UGrad. GPA is 2.7 🙁
Do you know of any good universitiy Where I can apply for (with a rather good GRE score) ?

I am not sure what state you are in but you could consider some of the state schools, especially if you are going to be employeed during that time or plan on stopping at your MS.
Some schools consider your last two years worth of grades so you should do some research. Try to calculate your overall, major, and last two-years GPAs and see if one of them is better. Also see if there are schools that grant conditional admissions, with the expectation that you maintain a certain GPA as a graduate student. Attending as an extension student for a while is also an option. Keep looking and I am sure you will find a way to get in.
