Which school should I go to for my MBA? University of Miami, University of Hawaii or Temple?

All schools seem to have pros and cons. I want to try to work for a multi-national company in Japan and Hawaii has a program that could make that possible. Miami is a more recognizable name and has a very good overall program and Temple has a great one year, international MBA where I would get to live in Mumbai, Philadelphia and Tokyo. I have a GPA of 3.45/4.0 in my major from San Diego State, received a diploma in paralegal studies from NYU with a 3.85 GPA and currently work for one of the largest corporate law firms in the world (will have a little over 2 years there by time classes start.) Good recs., essays. Hoping to get very close, if not slightly over a 600 on GMAT. What kind of shot do I have at these schools and which one is best?

I went to NYU undergrad (Stern) and went to UM for a year in a PhD program in Economics. I left the program because they completely misrepresented the credentials of the professors and it was way too easy (I know, a PhD program). Also, the word that I got from the MBA students was that it was a total joke. They told me that the quality of the professors was lacking and that it was very hard to find a job with a firm that wasn’t based in Miami because the name really isn’t that recognizable.

If you got in the 600s, you’d definitely in a good position to get into UM. As far as the best opportunity, I don’t know much about UH or Temple, but it sounds like UH would be the way to go.

Good luck.
