Which major link to counselor closer?
Physiology, Sociology, or Social Work?

Again, I’m going to assume you mean Psychology, not physiology. Are you asking which major to use if you want to be a counselor? Social Work will be the fastest track, as you’ll be able to do some counseling with a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s. Psychologists must have a PhD. Sociologists don’t do counseling, but must have a PhD to obtain work in their field.

Do you want to go on for a MA in counseling? If so all three work find (in fact almost any major will work for an MA in counseling).
Now if you are asking about being able to do counseling. Or the fastest way of developing counseling skills. Then social work is potentially a better fit. However, counseling is only part of social work.
