English and French are still considered to be the two international languages, meaning anywhere you go in the world there is likely to be somewhere there who speaks English and French. English is the number one international language, and French is the number two international language. If you are living in the United States of America or in a Spanish speaking country, it would be good to learn Spanish also. (There is a huge Spanish speaking population in the United States, especially in certain states.)

I cannot direct you to a specific school; however, there are free internet websites on which you can begin your study of almost any language. Just do a search such as “free English lessons,” “free French lessons,” and you will come up with many free sites for learning these languages.

I wish you will in your endeavors.

My choice will go to the following languages: French, Spanish, English and Chinese. Considering that European languages dominate my choices, if you can afford it, go for the institutes set up by the native country e.g. English will be British Council. Try searching the internet – there are many free courses online that provide simple learning techniques

English For Sure. Start with that. I dont know where youre at, but Spanish is becoming pretty essential to know at least the basics. Any language that is widely spoken in your area, where you plan on living, or in your line of work would be useful.

English, Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Arabic.

But: where do you live? What do you do for a living? What languages do you already speak? Where do you want to live, and what do you want to do for a living? Your answers to these questions will have a lot to say about which language would be most valuable for you.

As far where you can study a foreign language, well … that depends on where you live!
