I know two people. One graduated from ETSU in Information Technology, the other from UTK with a BS in Computer Science. The UTK graduate works as a computer programmer for Y-12; the ETSU grad couldn’t find a decent job, so now he’s completing med school and becoming a physician. So, take your pick. ETSU would probably be cheaper.

do not trust ETSU. they are having financial problems. they will tell you you wont have to take out loans, and when you are there and ready to go then they tell you that you will need a loan. i went there in 2002-2003 on an honers scholarship. they called me when i was in Arizona and told me i would have to pay out of state tuition. when i started my financial process they told me my scholarship was ready yet and i would have to take out a student loan. they also told me because i came from Arizona to Tennessee just for school that i would have to pay out of state. once they got me in Johnson city. they had me. don’t go to ETSU. best advice i can give you.
