Which college is ideal to go to study psychology?

I live in southern california,. namely, the west covina area.

Location is not an option.

No need for further details, just want to know name of a good college with a good psych program.

The top three according to US News are

1. Stanford University

2. University of California–Berkeley

3. University of Michigan–Ann Arbor

However, the APA doesn’t even rank psychology programs because they want the individual to choose the particular college based on their needs and wants. The specific phrase they use is because each program “differ in their purposes and emphases, as well as many other factors (e.g., number and qualities of students admitted, number and qualities of faculty, financial resources available, etc.)”.
