When applying for colleges…?
If you moved in the beginning/middle of your senior year, and come to apply to colleges in december (but you’ve only lived in the new state for a couple of months), are you considered a resident of the new state or the old state? If you are still considered a resident of the old state, can you apply to public universities in the old state with the same discounts?
