What should I major in so I get to work in a cubicle?

Are you serious? How about engineering, accounting, architecture, graphic design, business, computer anything…pretty much any job that is in an office will be able to land you that cubicle you want, at least until you get important enough to the company to have an office (and probably by then you’ll want one!).

I’m sure you do.
Major in something BS like Communications and then take a job with some predatory mega-corporation like Quicken Loans.
EDIT: Jcontrols below doesn’t appear to know much about social work. I’m a social worker and will be doing child therapy in the wilderness.
