I live in a small town in southern illinois. I was wondering the best place to go to college. what should i bring with me when going to college when im living by myself in a one bedroom apt.

a pen and a notebook. first day is always to get to know your class and the syllabus will be handed there. good luck!

need more info to advise you on a school..but NM has a couple great schools, New Mexico State in Las Cruces is very good in a small city, and Western New Mexico good in a smaller town.
as far as apartment stuff- depends on what you like to eat, but u can cook a lot of different things on a foreman grill, small TV and DVD player….I comfortable desk and chair are most important with a good light, after all you are there to study. and then take your time an dfind a good bed, check out a lot of different types of mattresses, you will find during the semester you will have many nights with little sleep, so the few hours you get have to be good, or you will never be able to study effectively
