it might also be an idea to get a job in the industry to gain an idea of how its structured. (which in the uk follows sales, service provider (cust service), the network, manufacturer – each of which, pretty much, is a seperate business). that industry makes use of a lot of outsourcing.

but along with some knowledge, a well researched business plan (which you’ll need to secure funding), a lot of research in to that particular field (so you know how it works and what your doin) – you need money and lots of it, the technology involved is very costly.
