What should I do to improve my career?
I’m 23 & have a BA with a double major in English/Government. Right now I’m working as an HR/Finance assistant. I want to improve my career get out of the admin type of stuff. I was going to get a PHR or a financial certification but I need 2 years of exempt employement and I only have 1 year. I could go back to graduate school part-time. I could do lots of things but what would be best?
