Usually the pre-law club is a club that anyone with an interest in pre law can join. The law fraternities are honoraries that require qualifications. Also, the fraternities are active at the law school level as well. My lawyer husband was a member of the law fraternity when he got to law school. The clubs are local whereas the fraternities are national.
