What major would you recommend?

I have already three years of college completed and I had to unfortunately take a break because of my job. My major was Philosophy, although I do find it very interesting, I feel that somehow I do not feel “part” of the people within that major. I am from Europe, fluent in German, Italian and pretty good in English. My weak point is Math and Science. I am so confused about what to do when I am older. I currently work as a professional model, but realize that this career is not forever. I am 28 years old, and on the quest to find my true calling.

Perhaps you can go into International Business or International Studies. It seems as though your background is incredibly diverse, and many corporations value people who are tri-lingual. If you were to go into business, you may need to research the requirements you will need to fulfill to obtain the degree and see if it fits into your plans.

I would recommend that you see a career counselor at your college, to see which major would be the best route for you and what classes you would have to take. Career counselors are trained to help students find what they would thrive in, and may give you an insider’s perspective of what different majors your college offers.

Curious
you can consider industrial psychology which is similar to philosophy but with some job and money opportunities. Definitely not like modelling!!!

You should become an international model agent. :] Since you know all of those languages and you’ve gotten into the modeling career… 😀
