If you’ve got a scholarship, or money to burn, then go for an Ivy League school.

ANY four year degree will get you into medical school, if you’ve got the grades and MCAT scores.

I actually spent time at 3 different colleges and finished up at a state school, and had no trouble getting accepted into several med schools.

You get out of education what you put into it. A better school does not necessarily mean a better education or that you will be a better doctor. The real education for anesthesiology occurs in your residency (and for the remainder of your career)

It doesn’t matter at this level. All the Ivy League schools offer a very good chance of getting into med school if you do well, and at the level of a particular specialty, it really doesn’t matter. If you get admitted to all the Ivy League schools, and can afford all of them, just pick the one whose environment you like best.
