You specialize during your residency. Med school is more general medical education.

Medical school is difficult but not impossible. The challenge is primarily the volume of information — most of it is not conceptually complex, but you have to memorize a huge amount of facts in a very limited period of time.

Neurology is a specialty that you would pursue after completing your four years of medical school, but you could do elective classes during your medical education to expose yourself to the area.

First year it’s normally Biology, Chemistry, intro to Anatomy and intro to Physiology, Scientific Basis of Medicine & Health Practice. 2nd yr Then you have Biochem, Neuroanatomy and anamoty of different parts of the human body. More Scientific Basis of Medicine & Health Practice 3rd, 4th & 5th is Clinical Rotation and subjects depending on your major.
