What exactly is a Bachelors Degree?

Lets say I want to get into education and I major in physics with 30 credit hours and minor in Bio with 18 Credit hours. One of the requirements is that I have my bachelors of Science. What exactly does this mean? How do I get it? (If it makes a difference, I live in Canada)

the bachelor’s degree is a standard 4-year degree from a college or university. the bachelor’s of science degree is a different category of the bachelor’s degree, and simply dictates which tract of subjects your major falls into.

Bachelor of Arts = BA degree

Bachelor of Science = BS degree

If you continue your tract for a Major in Physics, then you would have (most likely) a BS in Physics, with a minor in Biology.

It’s illogical to require a bachelor’s degree to achieve a bachelor’s degree…

It’s not illogical to require a bachelor’s degree to achieve a graduate-level degree (which you may strive for after you graduate the first 4 years of college)

A 4 365 days direction in a school/ college is a bachelors degree on the same time as 2 years is an associate. a important in a level is in basic terms a specialization or a particular scope of training. to illustrate, Bachelor of technological know-how in training important in English, Bachelor of technological know-how in common training or Bachelor of technological know-how in Civil Engineering. some degree’s have majors on the same time as some none.
