What does an “Admissions Clerical Assistant” do in a university?

you’re basically looking at doing filing, and other clerical work assisting in the admissions department. anything from answering phones, filing papers, running errands, stuff like that.

It’s basically a secretary, but they call it a clerical assistant so that more people, including people with degrees, will be willing to do it.
