What Does 60 Units Mean?
I’m trying to transfer to this college in Cali and the guy who works there says i need 60 units. what does that mean? If it means credits then he’s crazy because that’s kind of impossible to get in one year.

He’s talking about units or total credit hours completed. most classes are 3-4 credit hours per semester, depending on the system.. 60 credits/units is a general area for being classified as a Junior. It basically says youve completed your basic classes and are getting into major-specific courses. talk to him and get it clarified cause i could be wrong.
