Aside from what was already mentioned (ignoring the “join the Army” crack), you can just go to the school that accepted you and then kick *** the first year and transfer to the school you want.

if time is not a factor, wait and re-apply and try to make a stronger case for yourself by raising your GPA and taking more challenging courses, if time is a factor just go with your second choice
