Well, your degree is in education, so–if you don’t want to teach–you should look into education related fields. Maybe you can work for a textbook company or be a trainer/educator for a business. Also, some places just want any college degree and the field doesn’t really matter.

I suppose school administration if it’s a masters degree? But why wouldn’t you want to teach if you got the teaching degree? If you had gotten an English degree instead you could have still taught and also gone on to be editor or what have you outside of teaching.
