Right now. Even though you won’t be actually applying for another couple years, it’s not too early to start looking now. That way you will have more time to visit colleges and see if the atmosphere is something that you would be interested in being a part of.

now is a good time to be serious about your grades and EC activities. I would start seriously checking out specific colleges your Junior year, you can visit the campuses and everything and find out if there are any other requirements you need to fullfill to apply.

start now make long list by Jr. year have it down to 5 start your financial aid searching in Jr. year apply for every scholarship even if its only $200 dollars apply apply apply

I think that you should try and think about possible majors now so you can do some light reserch but you really want to strart in depth reserach your junior year.
