College is definately the way to go.

Personally, I took a few years off from school to work, get my own place, make some bucks for myself, etc.

I started college about 5 years after I graduated high school. As long as you are committed to going to college, taking a few years off might be good for you.

Once you start taking classes, you’re more focused on why you are in college. You have a better idea of what your major will be, and you’ll be that much more mature than your classmates.

Statistics show that a person with a college degree will make 20 to 30 thousand more a year. I would say suffer later and go to school. You only live once and college would get you a better paying job to make life easier for you later on. I would say apply to as many scholarships and grants as possible to ease the suffering after. You can always do the study-work program if the college you want to attend offers it. It helps students make money and still be able to go to school.

Go to school first then make the money. It’s easier to make more money after education than to have a job with minimum wage.

absolutely!!!

An education will definitely pay off in the long run. Suffer now for a bit, then reap the rewards when school is finished.

Finish your education first. There’s your whole life to work after, at which point you’ll be back here asking if you should work to 72 or take the buyout at age 65.
