You have to be accepted to a college first, then do a pre-med track before you can apply for Medical School. Medical schools aren’t going to be looking at your High school transcripts, just your college transcripts.
But in order to get into a good college, in high school you have to have great grades, a very high SAT score, take a lot of demanding classes ( such as AP or IB courses), write an amazing entrance exam essay, and also have a great deal of extracurricular activities ( like Student Governent or volunteer work).

Medical school comes AFTER you attend a 4 year university and attain a bachelors degree. So if you really want to go to stanford medical school, get into a good 4 year university and then consider stanford medical school. A 4.0 in high school won’t make any difference in your chances of getting into medical school. It is the college GPA that counts. I guess you could take extra AP classes in high school in order to gain a head start in college, but most people don’t even use their AP credits because college does not compare to AP classes
