As long as aviation goes, there are many ways you can go about doing that. You can go to a “normal” university that offers aviation as either a major or a minor. For example: University of North Dakota, University of Illinois, and even Ohio State, the list is endless.

Now if you are not thinking about going to a regular university, you can alway look up ERAU- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. It’s a university specificly for aviation and anything related to aeronutical subjects.

In Miami airlines are hiring for FA and a lot of other positions. If you can manage school and work I would take a position at an Airline and once the desired position you want becomes available they are more likely to hire internal. I say this because I am employed at an Airline in FLL. By working for an airline first before school the company is more likely to train you and get you certified. We have a training class for pilots starting in September. This means a lot less out of pocket money on your end. Make sure you have your passport that is important also. If you’re already in school find out if your school offers any internship. We have numerous of interns working at the base specifically for CA (pilots) and not FA (flight attendants), if you know where you would like to be specifically. ** look into taking an Apollo or Sabre course in the meantime which is Crew Reservation Software or Computerized Reservations Systems (as Penn Foster calls it ) that is going to be very beneficial also !

I think you need a high school diploma or GED, but you might not even need that. I only checked into a few before the whole “pilot” idea popped back out of my head, but none of them offered any finincial aid or scholarships.

I’m not really sure, but I would think you’d really have to be good in math
