my failure mentality at university.?

im already a sophomore studying computer science and i have always been pressuring myself never to fail a subject , not even one. So far so good but in today’s calculus exam I got a 20/60 (the passing is 36%) and that exam comprises 20% of my final grade. Is it really that bad to fail a subject and repeat it? There’s still a chance to catch up right?

What was the median grade? Most science courses curve it so that 20% get As, 20% get Bs, and everyone else C and lower.

Are you currently at F status or what?

I would try CATCHING UP. It is a much better option to failing. You still have 80%. Do well on the 80%.
